All your data is covered in how to download your Instagram data. Videos you watched without liking them are listed in your Instagram watch history.

| You want | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Posts and reels you liked | Your activity, Interactions, Likes |
| Comments you wrote | Your activity, Interactions, Comments |
| Story replies | Your activity, Interactions, Story replies |
| A complete older history | Your data download |
How Do You Unlike Many Posts at Once?
Open Likes, tap Select, choose the posts, and tap Unlike. The like is removed from each post and from your list.
Why Can’t You Find an Older Liked Post?
An older like may be missing from the in-app list because the list focuses on recent activity, or because the post was deleted or its account went private. For older likes, request your data download and open the likes section; it lists the posts you liked that still exist when you request it. Posts saved on purpose are easier to find later; see how to find saved posts and reels on Instagram.
Can Other People See What You Liked?
Other people can see your like on a specific post if they can see that post, but they can’t see a list of everything you’ve liked. On a private account’s post, only people allowed to see the post can see its likes. Your full likes list stays private to you.
Can You See Someone Else’s Liked Posts?
No, Instagram doesn’t show a list of another person’s likes. You may notice their likes on posts that appear in your own feed, but there’s no page that collects them.
