To see everyone you’ve blocked on TikTok, go to Profile, the menu, Settings and privacy, Privacy, then Blocked accounts; tap Unblock next to a name to unblock them. You can also unblock from the person’s profile, which shows an Unblock button while the block is in place. Unblocking doesn’t restore an old follow, and TikTok doesn’t notify them.
This guide covers both ways to unblock, what changes afterwards, and why someone might not appear in your blocked list. What blocking does in the first place is covered in how to block someone on TikTok. To stop seeing a topic rather than a person, how to block hashtags, sounds and keywords on TikTok covers the keyword filter.

Can You Unblock Someone Who Blocked You?
No, you can only remove blocks you made; a block the other person made can only be lifted by them. If they blocked you, your settings can’t change that.
Can You Block Someone Again After Unblocking?
Yes, you can block the same account again at any time from their profile. The new block works exactly like the first one, and it doesn’t notify them either.
