## How Do You Scrape a TikTok Hashtag?

**You scrape a hashtag by giving the actor the hashtag’s page URL.** Listed below are the 4 steps.

1.  **Build** the URL: `https://www.tiktok.com/tag/` followed by the hashtag without #.
2.  **Paste** one or more URLs into `startUrls` in TikTok Scraper.
3.  **Set** `maxItems` and, if needed, a `location` country code.
4.  **Run** it and export the videos as JSON, CSV or Excel.

## Should You Use a Hashtag URL or a Keyword Search?
