# How to Hide Your Followers and Following List on TikTok

**To hide who you follow on TikTok, go to Profile, the menu, Settings and privacy, Privacy, then Following list, and choose Only me.** TikTok has no matching setting for your followers list on a public account: the only way to hide your followers is to make your whole account private, so only people you approve can see it.

## How Do You Hide Your Following List on TikTok?

**You hide your following list from the Privacy section of the app’s settings.** Listed below are the 5 steps.

1.  **Tap** **Profile**, then the menu (three lines).
2.  **Tap** **Settings and privacy**.
3.  **Tap** **Privacy**.
4.  **Tap** **Following list**.
5.  **Choose** **Only me**.

The change applies straight away, and you can still see your own list. The setting is in the mobile app; it isn’t fully available on the website.
