# How to See Your TikTok Watch History

## How Do You Find Your Watch History on TikTok?

**Your watch history lives in the Activity center, inside Settings and privacy.** Listed below are the 5 steps.

**The in-app watch history covers about the last 180 days, then older videos drop off the list.** If you need something older, your downloadable TikTok data file includes a watch history list with the date, time and link of each video.
